'CalmMeadow's journey began with one dream: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Luxembourg City. Initiated by the Taylor lineage in 1985, our little pizza shop was born from a family venture, preserving recipes passed down for generations.

Emily Taylor, the pioneer of our brand, mastered the craft of pizza during her Italian journey, particularly learning from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—pizza's homeland. After her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to classical techniques and selecting top-notch ingredients.

Originally a cozy restaurant with just 12 seats, we've since evolved into a cherished fixture of the area, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices is unaltered. Our traditional wood-fired oven methods continue, we still prepare our dough from scratch every day, and we seek out the best ingredients available.

To this day, 'CalmMeadow' sustains its family roots, now under the leadership of the Taylor's second generation. Despite embracing modern touches, the core of our mission stands firm: to craft delectable, authentic pizzas that unite our customers.
